Vilifier is a death metal band coming out of Australia's scene and this is a review of the bands newest EP.SkullThrone contains a intro with some dark musical passages and screams.The music starts off with some fast and heavy drums and guitars that powerful in their delievery.The guitars are played with a mix of mid paced heavier patterns but do speed up to a faster more aggressive style throughout the songs.Their are some well executed passages that are heavy and some faster paced for a nice range.The vocals are grim and gruff growls Their are also some deeper death metal growls and some screams are used in a song.Each vocal style is well delievered and executed.Vilifier performs old school death metal that does not follow any trends just performs authentic death metal.
